We are a small business with a drive to provide the best customer service and buying experience in the night vision and thermal optic industry. Our company was born with the mission to provide exceptional customer service. We pride ourselves on being able to talk to customers and answer questions 7 days a week 24 hours a day. When you do business with our company you have our cell numbers and we encourage everyone to text us or call us whenever you need anything. Whether that is a question with your unit or a question about what unit you should purchase. Working a 9-5 job is ideal in most situations but not in this industry and we understand that. We want our customers to feel taken care of when it matters the most; not when you are in the house midday, but when you are in the field and something isn’t going right.
ABOUT THE OWNER
My name is Jarred (Jay) Crymes. My fascination with night vision started when I was a kid using a Walmart Night Owl Gen1 unit. As I got older, I was able to purchase my first decent monocular; I was hooked. I had always been intrigued by the operational side of night vision, not just seeing in the dark. I wanted to know every detail of how my unit was operating and the functions of each specific part. I started researching everyday and as my knowledge on the subject grew, I started building night vision units for myself and close friends. I was a full time welder before starting Sure Shot Night Vision and anytime I had a free minute while I was working, I was answering night vision calls. Before I knew it, I had my own business going with more people reaching out to me for night vision builds. My side gig quickly turned into a full time job and Sure Shot Night Vision was born. My business became a dealer for some of the largest distributors in night vision and thermal optics and I felt as if I was living in a dream. My vision became a reality and my hobby turned into my career. I pride myself on being the only night vision company you can call at any time to get any question answered. I will talk to my customers for hours to make sure every question is answered and they are positive in their choice before they purchase. I understand a good quality unit is an investment, and I want you to be confident with what you are investing in and whom you are investing with.
